- Questionnaire responses: Technical details (Cloudflare zone export, bandwidth usage, etc.) required to generate your tailored plan.
- Payment data:
- Stripe: We collect only the minimum information needed to process your one-time card payment (name, email, billing address). All card details are processed directly by Stripe under their Privacy Policy.
- BTCPay Server: We collect your wallet address or payment identifier to generate and confirm your invoice. No custodial or personal KYC data is required.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Analytics & usage (PostHog): We track page views, button clicks, form submissions, time on page, and error events to improve our service.
- Advertising & remarketing (Google tags): We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for ads tracking and conversion measurement. No personal data is stored in these tags—only anonymized identifiers and event data.
2. Cookies & Tracking
We use small text files ("cookies") and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies: Required for site functionality (e.g. session management).
- Analytics cookies: PostHog sets cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions.
- Advertising cookies: Google tags set cookies for remarketing and conversion tracking across sites.
You can disable cookies via your browser settings, but some parts of the Site may not work properly afterward.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide our service: Generate and deliver your exit plan, host strategy calls, and offer Telegram support.
- To process payments: Charge your credit card via Stripe or create & track crypto invoices via BTCPay.
